This development consists of the change of use of a conference / exhibition area to a new tourist hostel, while also integrating with part of an adjoining protected structure, the Old Jameson Distillery.

The new design consists of 33 bedrooms and use of the existing complex as licensed tourist accommodation with associated facilities (restaurant, bar, cafe), while conservation works were carried out to part of the connecting wall of the Old Jameson Distillery building.  Certain window and door openings were blocked up, while other elements were refurbished. Showcasing reclaimed wood, exposed brickwork and original stonework preserves the original character of the existing adjoining building, while also integrating the new development into its historical context, giving the project a sense of place and character.
