O’Mahony Pike Architects are delighted to have secured planning permission for our Cross Guns residential development, comprising of 184 apartments situated on the banks of the Royal Canal in Phibsborough.
The proposed buildings will transform the derelict industrial site, bringing new activity and life to this stretch of the Royal Canal. The new building volumes and their contemporary elevational treatment make reference to the adjoining former mill building.
The scheme incorporates extensive residential amenities , artists’ studios , community spaces and a public plaza which will create an active public realm along the canal and facilitates pedestrian linkages .
