Located on the peninsula that separates Grand Canal Dock from the River Liffey, the layout of this strategic urban quarter has been carefully considered to create a development of distinction, with a variety of high quality public spaces and exemplary building designs.

Located in a key development area adjacent to Mahon Point, this project consists of 413 residential units, with ancillary retail spaces and a crèche, contained in 6 blocks ranging in height from 6 to 25 storeys.

Our design turns a challenging corner site into a vibrant commercial hub with space for work and leisure, centered around a new public plaza as an extension of the street.

The refurbishment and change of use of the former Officers’ quarters and mess in Clancy Quay(formerly Clancy Barracks), to 13 no. dwellings involved the considered conservation and refurbishment of an existing protected structure dating from 1887.
