"The new-build offices, close to 500,000 sq ft and set to be one of Dublin’s largest single office blocks rising in part to seven storeys, will ironically deliver a “near zero energy building,” and promises to be “one of the most efficient and sustainable commercial office developments in Dublin city.”

Planning came via An Bord Pleanála in 2015 for a design by Grafton and O’Mahony Pike architects. The work involves relocation of workers from the Sam Stephenson and Arthur Gibney-designed block put up in the 1960s to conservationist outcry after Georgian buildings were demolished."
