We are delighted to see the Phase 1 works make significant progress on site at the old Ford Motors distribution car park. Phase 1 (of the permitted 3) offers some 337no. apartments , placed around a series of courtyards facing onto the new Marina Park (developed separately by Cork City Council). Conack Construction are working at pace to have the in-situ works complete in readiness for the first delivery of pre-cast panels, recently received on site, for the first of four apartment Blocks comprising this Phase.
