Great progress on site at our Griffin Point Project located on the Hole in the Wall Road in Donaghmede.
The 6-storey residential project, which is being constructed by Townmore, really embraces modern forms of technology to improve both project programme and building quality. The external wall system has been designed so that the wall units that are delivered to site incorporate pre-cast concrete panels by O’Reilly Precast Ltd, brick slips, insulation, and windows, minimising the need for scaffolding, accelerating programme, and increasing health and safety on site. Preformed balconies by Forte Pespa are also being used, as well as bathroom pods by LMC .
