“Scholarstown Wood is being developed by Regency, a company co-founded by Aodan Bourke, the former financial director of Sean Dunne's Mountbrook Homes, and Patricia Hinch, formerly of GE Capital. The homes were designed by O'Mahony Pike Architects. Some elevations incorporate a stepped-out floor-to-ceiling window detail on the first floor to allow in more light.
Interior finishes in the homes also vary. While all have sleek Kube kitchens, the kitchens in the four-beds feature Silestone worktops. Most styles have island units. The living rooms have an opti-flame electric fire, apart from in the terraces. The ground floors have ceiling heights of almost 9ft.
Prices start at €470,000 for a three-bed, 1,250-sq ft terraced house, €475,000 for a semi-detached version measuring from 1,232 sq ft, and €570,000 for a four- bed semi-D spanning 1,519-1,546 sq ft.”
