After a considerable effort from both the design team and the contractor over the last few months, we are delighted that Block 10 in Jacobs Island has been completed within the project programme. The project provides a creche and 69 residential units, which will be managed by Respond. Well done to everyone involved, with a special nod to the OBR Construction Group team for a really well-finished building. The project is the first piece of the O’Mahony Pike masterplan for the area, and we look forward to delivering the other parts in the future.
