Our first building in Jacobs Island is looking really well - the warm brickwork with light mortar, simple detailing to balconies and the zinc roof make a great combination. We had a very informative group site visit a few weeks ago, which included a detailed discussion on the integration of ventilation into facades, and we’re looking forward to the remaining scaffolding coming down soon.
