We are proud to announce the launch of the Templeton Building, the first completed block of one of our most prestigious projects, the luxurious Lansdowne Place located in the heart of Dublin 4.
The pavilion style Templeton is nestled within the retained mature trees, sitting in harmony with the traditional Victorian houses of Ballsbridge. Positioned behind the original railings, this and the other buildings that make up Lansdowne Place are named after Ireland’s most renowned botanists, who studied at the site on which the development is built.
OMP’s intensive role throughout this first phase encompassed the architectural design, specification, detailing and design management of the project from the unseen nuts and bolts right through to the showpiece installations, in order to deliver the scheme’s inaugural building for launch on Thursday 5th September. As part of the launch, Chartered Land are opening the doors to the press and public, allowing viewings of the penthouse and two show apartments as well as to a brand new marketing suite and residential amenities club. It has also seen its very first residents moving in this week, which signals exciting times ahead for the development!
