Down on-site at our O’Devaney Gardens project for Bartra with John Sisk & Son Ltd checking in on progress.
The structure of Block 2 has recently topped with scaffolding now fully erect. The plinth of Block 5 has also been completed ready for placement of the precast twin wall system and bathroom pods, key MMC components of the project.
In total the scheme will consist of more than 1000 social, affordable, cost rental, and private homes over 9 blocks with Phase 1 due for completion in April 2026 “
