Rathborne Wharf, situated on the banks of the Royal Canal in Ashtown, Dublin 15 is really beginning to take shape. The scheme comprises 725 apartments, tenant amenity spaces, a creche, a supermarket and a café, arranged in 6 buildings along the waterfront. The project will provide a new public open space between Rathborne Avenue and the canal, linking into the Royal Canal greenway, and encouraging active travel between the scheme and the city centre.
The project is being constructed by Walls, and is due for completion in 2027.
