The Carriageworks, North Docklands, Dublin — nearing completion
Great to share some fresh site photos from last week as The Carriageworks reaches its final stretch. With the core build complete, the team is now focused on snagging and finishing touches to the public realm — the last steps before handover.
The scheme brings a striking mix of materials and forms to Dublin's North Docklands: warm terracotta coloured precast and white brick cladding on the taller residential blocks, crisp white render facades with generous private balconies, and landscaped roof terraces threading through the courtyard. Set against the Docklands skyline, with views out toward the city and coast, it's shaping up to be a real addition to this part of the city.
A great example of how thoughtful design and quality finishes come together at scale. Excited to see this one cross the finish line soon.
