This development of 18 dwellings has been constructed to make optimum use of a sensitive site, which is enclosed by the stone wall of a former military barracks, while also embracing and celebrating spectacular views of Cork Harbour.

The site is located towards the eastern end of Cobh. This unique locations’ orientation and steep slope allow for wide ranging views to the south over the harbour, east towards Spike Island, and west towards Upper Aghada.

The scheme contains 18 dwellings, with 4 distinct house types of varying  size and nature, thus creating a variety throughout the site. The dwellings range in size from 243.7 sq.m. to 148.6 sq.m. Some units are semidetached with modest gardens, others are detached with very large gardens, and all have stunning views of Cork Harbour.
