Black and Amber is a 6-storey mixed-use building within the Clancy Quay Residential Quarter. Occupying the site of the former Black & Amber Inn, the building acts as a book end for the development, addressing the approach from the River Liffey & South Circular Road.
At ground floor level the building accommodates a commercial unit, which provides activity at street level. Twenty dual aspect, studio apartments are located on the building’s upper floors. Recessed corner balconies overlook South Circular Road, providing attractive amenity spaces for the units.
The building is finished in the same pallette of materials as Clancy Quay Phase 3, with stone on the prominant South Circular Road elevations.
