Located on Sir John Rogersons Quay, the building enjoys waterside views over the River Liffey, towards the north docks.
The building is expresses as two distinct forms, which step up in scale from west to east. The contrasting treatment of the two forms provides a playful expression within Dublins’ streetscape, while also regulating daylight in response to the buildings’ orientation. The entrance to State Street Bank is articulated by a double height colonnade on the quayside elevation.
