Castleforbes has been granted planning permission

We are delighted to announce that Glenveagh Living have been granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanala for 702 apartments at Castleforbes Business Park on Sheriff Street Upper. This is the final piece of our vision for a major mixed-use regeneration of the area, which consists of 1256 BTR and BTS apartments, two hotels, an office building, a cultural building, two creches, Mens’ Sheds, retail units, co-working resources, and tenant amenity spaces.

This masterplan completes nearly 700 metres of street frontage and extends a pedestrian route from the Quays through Dublin Landings and Coopers Cross, with a new public square lined with a flexible use cultural building and landmark 18 storey tower in a distinctive red pigmented precast concrete façade.
