Great news - An Bord Pleanala has granted planning permission for the first phase of Castlethorns’ proposed residential scheme at Woodbrook, which comprises 685 homes within an overall masterplan that is structured by existing landscape features, with views towards the mountains and the sea. The project is an exemplar for new residential settlements, located on the doorstep of Shanganagh Park and a planned new DART station, with its own proposed local centre and primary school, a sustainable mix of dwelling typologies and beautiful public open spaces.
