We are pleased to announce that An Bord Pleanála has granted planning approval to the Stillorgan Leisureplex scheme, the development of 232 apartments with associated amenities, and ground floor retail, cafe and restaurant units in Stillorgan. The building is designed to create a strong urban block, which contains a series of courtyard spaces and a south facing plaza, creating an active and vibrant streetscape on all its sides. The building forms part of the centre of Stillorgan, and will contribute to the invigoration of the public realm and development of the area.
