We are pleased to announce that Glenveagh Living have been granted planning by DCC for a 262 bed Premier Inn hotel and 10,000 sqm office on Sheriff Street Upper. Our design turns a challenging corner site into a vibrant commercial hub with space for work and leisure, centered around a new public plaza as an extension of the street. The hotel and office are characterised by strong memorable forms counterpointed with contrasting material expression.
