The Student Housing Company and Bennett Construction have launched the first of three student residences in Dublin. Designed by O’Mahony Pike Architects, Binary Hub is Dublin’s largest purpose built student accommodation development. The site on Roe’s Lane, Bonham Street was acquired in November 2014, and is one of many projects that Bennett Construction is currently working on in the city. Opening in September 2016, Binary Hub will house 471 students in luxury private apartments. With student accommodation within the city in high demand, the new residence is set to ease pressure on Dublin’s student housing shortage and bring The Student Housing Company’s award-winning service to the area.
